Shipping

We offer free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100.

There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $7.99 nationwide on all New Zealand orders under $100.

There are no additional charges for rural deliveries.

All items shown on our website are stocked in our Auckland-based warehouse.

We aim to ship all weekday orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed. Please allow enough time for the delivery of your items. Shipping delays are possible so please account for this when placing an order with us.

We ship the majority of our orders with NZ Post.

Please note that during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and following public holidays, couriers typically take longer to deliver across New Zealand.

North Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.

South Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-4 days for delivery. Overnight service only applies to major centres.

Rural deliveries: These will take an additional 2-3 days. Please allow up to a week for delivery.

We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes so please provide us with a street address for delivery.
