Below is a list of commonly asked questions. Please feel free to get in touch if your query isn't covered here.

1. Can I pick up my order?

We don’t offer a click and collect service. All items available on our website are held in, and shipped from, our Auckland warehouse.

2. Do you have a store?

We are an online store and we do not currently have a physical store for you to browse our jewellery.

3. What are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of $7.99 for all New Zealand orders. Orders over $100 receive free shipping. We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Are there additional shipping charges for rural deliveries?

No, there aren't. We value our rural customers and we don't think you should have to pay additional charges.

5. How soon will my order arrive?

We aim to ship all weekday orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed. Please allow enough time for the delivery of your items because shipping delays are possible

North Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.

South Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-4 days for delivery. Overnight service only applies to major centres and orders that are shipped in satchels. Boxed orders will take a minimum of two days for delivery.

Rural deliveries will take an additional 2-3 days. Please allow up to a week for delivery.

6. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes so please provide a street address. If you have a P.O. box located at a shop, please provide the street address for the shop and your P.O. box number.

7. How can I pay for my order?

Our online store accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also offer Afterpay which means you can buy now and pay later!

8. Will my order come with a gift bag or box?

Each order comes with one jewellery gift bag and one gift box. Additional boxes and bags are sold separately.
